Amanda has a great deal of experience in the field, having worked in the IT industry for more than 25 years. She speaks in plain English (not technical jargon!) and is happy to answer any questions you might have. Amanda is often told that two of her greatest assets are her patience and her warm personality, which results in a pleasant and unintimidating experience for her clients.
Tony specialises in resolving hardware problems. He carries out diagnostics and repairs to sick computers that come into the workshop as well as providing friendly support to our customers over the telephone. If you need a new screen, keyboard, or any other component, Tony is your man. He is also able to resolve many software related problems either in person or remotely.
