I am a virtual beginner with regards to broadband and the internet after a ten year gap. SheTech stepped in and my life changed. Tony in the office and Amanda on the move supplied and installed my comprehensive system and tablet, and both can be contacted easily during office hours. Amanda is a super teacher, very patient and helpful with a great sense of humour. I am in my mid-eighties so all these qualities are necessary! I can thoroughly recommend the company, particularly to those older people who are wondering whether to embark on a new way of spending their time, or to be in close touch with their family and friends.

I had a complicated problem involving three iPhones – transferring data from an old one to a newer one and separating merged data on a friends’ borrowed phone that I’d used temporarily when my old phone failed. Amanda worked through setting up the new phone, transferring data from the old and telling me how to deal with the merged data on my friends’ phone. I honestly would never have been able to do it without her. I am always happy to find good services and will definitely go back to SheTech if I need IT help again and will recommend them to others.
